This is my new recipe of pineapple tarts.. mm... so delicious that i can't stop eating it my self.. haha.. they are so buttery and melt in the mouth.. they're shaped like this because we want the filling to stay moist and soft inside the buttery soft pastry skin...

I had some great things going on this month.. weddings..birthdays...taking part into surprising someone with a luvey duvey chocolate cake.. :) mm.. have i told you how i LOVE all my customers for their creative ideas and suggestions so i can make the best out of my skills to make their cakes..?? :)
recently, i received an order for cupcakes and gingerbread men cookies from GamudaLand.
It was for a Fairy tales Christmas party held at Jade Hills Kajang 19th december 2009.
They want to have this cupcakes and gingerbread men decorating session for children as part of their event.
Oh i had so so soooo much fun.. beside having all the children into decorating the cupcakes and cookies by them self, i also has a chance to meet all the finalis for Miss Tourism World 2009 :)

This little girl was having a great time decorating many many gingerbread men cookies... haha.. look at her 'happy but shy' smile.. :) the rest of her cookies were already packed away earlier.. hahaha...
Meet Miss Poland.. She just can't get enough of cupcakes to decorate.. haha... event when the session has finished, she still tip toeing and grab another cupcake to go..... :D hahahaha...
Miss Korea was trying to write something on her cupcakes..
