whenever i have a red velvet cake order.. hehe.. i'm always... always tempted to make extra for my self..
here's why..
i love it that it's red.. to me it's a color of passion and love.. *heart it..
and then the texture that's moist and so velvety soft.. when served warm, it just melt in your tongue... yummyyyy..
( see what i mean.. the softness and moistness of the cake, just bouncing apart into lovely crumbs when i separate it ..to show you the inner cake texture.. yum yum yum.. )the cream cheese frosting is like a bonus on top of this beautiful tasting cake.. i just can't resist my self to it...
i mean... well.. i just finished my last bite... *burp..
i love the fact that my customers like it as much as i do.. and baking them to me is a sacred moment... i just can't be disturb by anything else.. hehe...
